Surebake has got different types of bread improves that are of less dosage, works effectively with high volume bread and we specifically develop bread improvers for larger scale bread factories/bakeries as per there need and have also got standard bread improver for small scale bakeries.
By using our material customers gets excellent oven spring, uniform crumb texture, increased bread volume, better crust color and add more water absorption.
Our bread improver can be used in making of bread, rusk, pav, kulcha, burger, pizza base.
Suggested Dosage: 0.1 - 0.2% on flour weight.

CALCIUM PROPIONATE CAL++
Surebake has got calcium propionate in poweder as well as liquid form. It helps in avoiding mold formation on Bakery goods by increasing there shelf life.
Our calcium propionate has more than 98.5%
We can use it as a food preservative in bread, cakes, pastries, noodles and other baked goods.
